Once his guest had his coffee, he went around to the other side of the desk and sat in his chair, sipping at his own. “Yes, I am telepathic. And I’m afraid I can’t help but hear things that you’re thinking. To me it’s as if you are speaking them. But it’s actually rather fortunate as I likely would have never known you were here otherwise.” If he was still wondering how this massive being had known he was in his office, there was his answer.

“Oh- oh yeah I guess that is a good thing so you didn’t step on me or something like that.” Patches slowly sat down on the desk with his knees holding up the cup near his face. It was way too warm for him to drink out of it yet so he was gently blowing on it. Having inception thoughts of wondering if he had heared all the antsy compulsive thoughts that were bad and also realized he could probably hear these ones as well. On the outside he looked calm but on the inside…oh boy.
