He chuckled. “Yes, I do believe we can manage coffee. I will have to see if we have anything appropriately sized for you to drink out of. I’ve never had a guest of your stature, I apologize.” They had plenty of human-sized mugs, but none quite small enough for him.
The odd thing was, despite saying all this, Patches would never see him actually take any action himself towards handling the coffee. That’s because the way he set the events into motion was to communicate with his kitchen staff telepathically. Still, he wasn’t going to drink coffee crouched on the floor. So, ever-so-carefully, he stood up.
“Oh a bottle cap would be fine, that’s what I normally use anyways..” Patches chuckled a bit under his breath- though had to hold it when the hand he was standing on begun to move upwards. Though as careful the giant may have been, he lost a bit of balance and flopped back down on the soft palm. The wind blowing his hair back as they were were getting higher and higher. Out of curiosity, Patches crawled a bit to the edge of the palm near the gentle giant’s palm and looked around with awe as he held on. “Wo-woah..I hope this isn’t too intrusive but how are you so huge.”
