“I do, actually. You see, I specialize in selling weapons and other devices, and I happen to have a ray gun that can grow or shrink things. It’s already been tested on living things and its perfectly safe.”

He reached into the black hole that was the inside pocket in his jacket and pulled out said ray gun. “Just say the word and I can make you normal human sized.”

There was literal tears welling up in his eyes. After all these years trying and failing to be a normal human being- was this finally happening?! His mouth was covered by his hands as he was vigorously nodding to the notion. “Yes please!! That would mean so much to me!”

“Mainly thrillers, and the Host doesn’t mind at all.” He smiled, finding how courteous Patches was to be endearing. Host didn’t often have guests. He wasn’t the most social person in the world. But he found that he was rather enjoying this company. “The Host wonders what the borrower does. He noticed he seems very interested in the medical books.”

“Oh thank you!” He chirped as he unbuttoned his lab jacket and folded it neatly to the side along with his gloves. Patches was sitting down apple-cross style while reading the book and looking up at the Host to address him. “Oh- Well…” He had to think about that for a moment. “I’m a medic for a defense squad…supposed to be at least. I don’t actually get paid or acknowledgement…. but it does say on the papers I signed.”

Mega Chibi Art Post

seerchild:

As apologies for being socially inept I decided to draw a bunch of giftart featuring a bunch of people I really like.

Because you know I don’t have the ability to ask for threads but I can draw sketches.

NOTE: If your muse doesn’t appear on this post, I sincerely apologize… I can only draw so many sketches at once. I’ll likely try to do a part 2 if there’s enough people I excluded.

“Your ways didn’t save you from getting captured by me. Or am I just lucky?” He could tell the medic was getting flustered and if anything it only amused him more. He stopped stirring the water to instead rush his hand through it and throw a splash at Patches.

The wave that smashed against him made him sink down into the cold water. He shook his arms in the water as bubbles rose to the top. How would he ever get away from this guy? Patches thought as he was in the water. Suddenly he had an idea. Patches held his breath as his body floated to the top. He was facing the water as he made his limbs stop moving and was completely still. Faking the fact that he drowned or at the very least passed out.

eldritchsales:

“That depends on what you need help with. I could easily transport you to where you need to go via portal, or just get you what you need. I promise there’s no catch.” If he actually had a heart–there was literally nothing where it should be–he might have felt bad for the medic. He got the feeling people didn’t always treat him the best, if his demeanor was anything to go by.

Portals sounded interesting but he wasn’t wanting to travel the universe for just syringe needles and bandages. But he wasn’t going to turn down an offer from a literal being of power. Though a light bulb went off in his head. “Uh actually…do you have anything to make me… taller?”

eldritchsales:

“Why not? It seems like the right thing to do given your…situation. But if you don’t want my help I won’t force the issue.”

There was no point in him being mean. What did he have to gain from it? Besides…as evil as he was, he still held himself in a high regard. Even evil can have manners.

“W-wait!” Patches thought about it for a moment- wondering what this dimensional being was capable of. Even if they didn’t look like the friendly type- they were offering him a hand. “If it is no trouble…what can you do for me?”

eldritchsales:

“I might have made a slight miscalculation when I created a portal to get back to my home and somehow ended up here instead…as for I am holding you…“ He shrugged, and placed Patches back on the ground. “You said you were getting supplies? Do you need assistance by any chance? I could certainly help you get from one place to another quickly.”

The oh so sweet floor was back to him at long last. Patches had glazed up on the strange being’s skinny legs as he adjusted his backpack. Oddly enough this “horror” was treating him as a person rather than a rag doll to play with. “Well, that’s a nice offer you have but…why?”

eldritchsales:

An alien? He had to laugh at that. Getting called an alien was certainly a new one, though to be fair, it was a lot closer than what most people assumed. “My dear boy, I am most certainly not an alien, nor am I looked to conquer this world. Truthfully, conquering worlds really isn’t as satisfying as one would think…ah, but I digress. The name’s Black Hat. I’m more of an…interdimensional being than an alien. Eldritch horror, to be more specific.”

His face nearly went pale. “Eldritich….horror?” Now it has felt like ages since he actually picked up an HP Lovecraft but he did distinctly remember that anything of that name wasn’t good news- being the bookworm that he was at the time. Patches pulled on his collar and was trying his best not to look down. “Uhm- Alright Mr.Black Hat, if you don’t mind me asking why you’re here and….why are you holding ol’ useless me still?”

golden-gaze:

He leaned against the counter, watching the futile attempts to get out of the sink and taking a sick pleasure in it. “How have you survived this long? You can’t even get out of a sink.” He dipped his hand in the water, stirring it around idly.

He never felt this anger boil up in him in a long time. Feeling so humiliated and cornered made him not only frightened for his life but just felt this fury for the giant to take pleasure in watching him react. Patches cheeks flushed as he was backing up on the sink- facing the man as he did his best to cling onto the side so he wouldn’t have to swim too much.
“I-I found my ways!!!”
