and I decided to play around with cheats on a server I made, I load up some skeletons and rode a bumper cart. BUUT- I did wonder if a resizing cheat existed.

Yes.

Yes it does. 

Upside: you can change sizes heck yeah
Downside: You’re literally on fire if you have a scorching effect like me or your burb is still on your shoulder. 

It’s actually really easy to do. Just hit counsel(~) and type “sv_cheats 1″ then “ent_fire !player setscalemodel {any size of your choice}”

Pro tip: don’t go over 3.4, you’ll see the fourth dimension.

In some fantasy universe somewhere- Patches would be a dust dragon totally not a thing the mun randomly came up with. He’s skin would be like leather and his wings/tail/mane are condensed fur. He’d be hiding in kitchens/food storage to survive and hoards silver wear. Their breath would more or less heal wounds so he is better off avoiding battle than fighting.
