🐜 ((TINY ADVENTURES))

seerchild-archive:

Luca wasn’t really sure how, why or what had happened, all he knew now was that he was very small, well, smaller than he already was anyway. Only about three inches tall, in the walls of a place that rumbled and quaked with footsteps of… what Luca guessed were giants.

He wandered around this place, trying not to be seen, or crushed for that matter, scooting up against walls and scurrying around like some kind of insect…. until he’d finally found a room he thought was unoccupied and he succumbed to the pressure and began to break down in tears.

He knew a day like this would come… and now it had.

A lone moth fluttered in a circle above the child- watching intently before swooping behind a chair away from them to land on the shoulder of a small medic who was shuffling some ripped pieces of paper to use as note so he was prepared to do more experimental testing. Though he perked up when his friend was nudging his cheek. Patches chuckled as he was trying to scratch underneath it’s head- but it flew off and was circling around Patches. “What the- is there something you want to show me?” The medic put down the papers and briskly followed the moth as it urgently traced a path to where there was a crying child.

The doctor gasped with a hand when he emerged from behind a chair leg. Sure there was some mercs who were small like him but never a child or a civilian for that matter. He wasn’t exactly sure how to deal with a situation like this but- he couldn’t help feel sympathy. Slowly, Patches walked up in front of them and bent his knees down with his hands resting on them.

“Hey- are you okay little one?”Â
